Whether you're testing for yourself or for a real estate transaction, the test report will contain the same elements: It will have the site address, test start and end dates, technician(s) and license numbers, the monitor data and calculated averages, some basic information about the home and it's systems, and a site sketch showing where the monitor was located.
The majority of the report is self-explanatory. The element that people find difficult is understanding the printout of the monitor results and how the Overall Average, EPA Average, and DNS Average are different from each other.
