Real Estate Transactions

Performing radon tests during real estate transactions is our speciality. We respect the pace of a real estate transactions and do our best to work within the time allotted for inspections. Our technicians are trained to handle the extra challenges that are present during a contract negotiation and they do their best to accomodate the particular situation with their primary focus never waivering from performing a good test and getting reliable results.

We provide radon testing services for dozens of local home inspectors. We recommend that you ask your home inspector about whether or not they use our service. If they do, go ahead and order the test through them to streamline your inspection process. Our Equipment

We use the Sun Nuclear model 1027 Professional Radon Monitor. It records data hourly and has tamper-monitoring features.

In accordance with state law, each monitor is calibrated annually, cross-checked against a recently calibrated monitor at six months, and every 10th test set has two monitors side-by-side to ensure that the results we provide your are accurate and reliable.
